If you are happy to pay, then I would suggest that you buy a domain name and register with a host like hostgator: (they offer a very cheap option with as many sites as you like) And then use Wordpress as your Content Management System (CMS). Also categories can be done really easily. You can also have people do some work for you like they do for wordpress.
