Blogging = Small business?

Just wondering if I can deduct it as a small business since I have to pay for a web host, web designer to design it, and maintain it. I’m trying to make money with ads too. Anyone else doing this? What forms do I use, etc? Turboxtax have all this stuff in it? How do I know what deductions I an make, etc?

For income from your efforts then it is declarable for income from your efforts then it is declarable for income tax with deductable expenses.
