Does anyone know if you can really make money writing a blog? (No scams, please.)?
I don’t mean blogging as an actual job, just getting any kind of money for regularly writing something that would be similar to a newspaper column. Please suggest any legitimate sites.

Which Blogging Website should I use?
Hey everyone, I would like to start a blog and I want to know which blogging website I should use. I would like to use one that supports Ads like Ad-Sense and one that is easy to use and has a good amount of features. I like the whole idea behind wordpress.com but they do not allow ads. I also need it to be free because I have like.. no money right now. Thanks!

Should I stop blogging or Sell My Blog?
I’ve been blogging for about 8 months now and I keep feeling that I should quit.
Some background. I currently write about two post per week. Which takes about 6 hours a week (includes writing and research).
I’ve spent $1,000 on design and promotions.
I’ve made $60.00 from adsense and $40 from an ad deal.
I have 50 rss subscribers and about 75-100 unique visitors per day.
Given all this time and effort the return has been dismal.
In terms of making money I set out to make like 5-10 dollars per day. That was the end game - and to provide quality information for my readers of course.
But it doesn’t seem worth it.
Should I sell and try to recover some of the money? Or just stop writing an only update when I feel like it - once a month say or is that pointless because it would turn low traffic to zero traffic?
I do enjoy writing and helping others but time is more valuable then money - and right now the money on time return is almost zero.
Your insights.

What are the best blog SEO and traffic tips?
I am wanting to start blogging full-time, in order to drive traffic to my website, however am stuck with how to optimize and increase my blog search traffic! What are the best SEO, traffic and exposure tips for bloggers, and are there any online companies that specialise in offering search marketing solutions to bloggers? I’m especially wanting to save time and money (in order to concentrate on my blogging and not my blog marketing!). I would appreciate any opinion or response! Cheers
